We hope you find the questions and answers below helpful. If you need other information please send your question to: .

Q - If I have paid for concert tickets and cannot attend at the last minute may I received a refund?
A - Unfortunately there are no refunds. You might want to use this as an opportunity to introduce friends to these special concerts.

Q - Should I purchase tickets prior to the concert?
A - Since the concert venue is small... just 100 seats... it is advisable to arrange for tickets prior to the concert. However, on concert nights, there will be some tickets available for purchase at the door starting at 7:00 pm.

Q - Where is parking available near the Absolute Gallery?
A - Street parking is available on E. Grand River Avenue and Turner Street. Parking is also available in the lot off of E. Grand River Avenue at the south end of Turner Street.

Q - When can I pick up tickets that have been ordered from Arts Tickets?
A - Tickets will be available for pick up starting at 7:00 pm at the Absolute Gallery on concert nights.

Q - If I am unable to locate someone to care for my preschool and early elementary children the night of the concert may I bring them along?
A - We ask that you leave young children at home so that you (and the other patrons) can enjoy the concert and not feel anxious about disrupting the musicians and objects in the gallery.

Q - What are concerts in the soiree tradition?
A - A soiree is technically an evening party for friends held for a specific purpose, often in an intimate and informal setting. We think of the Absolute Music Chamber Concerts as musical soirees with you, the audience, as our guests and the Absolute Gallery as the intimate setting. At our party the rich music will be complemented by inspiring art on the walls and light refreshments.

Q - What is chamber music anyway?
A - Chamber music is a form of classical music performed by a small number of musicians, one performer to a part, and generally without a conductor. The word "chamber" signifies that the music can be performed in a small room, often in a private salon with an intimate atmosphere.

Q - What is proper attire for the concerts?
A - Informal dress is appropriate.
